1. Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • You contact me within 30 days​ of delivery

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Note: Some items (like personalized/custom orders) may be non-returnable.

2. Refund Process

After I receive your return:

  • Approved refunds go to your original payment method

  • Allow 3–7 business days​ for processing (depends on your bank)

3. Non-Refundable

I can’t accept:

  • Returns after 30 days

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Original shipping fees (unless I made an error)

4. How to Start a Return

Email me directly at support@kindredco.life​ with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason​ for return

  • Photos​ (if damaged/defective)

I’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and address.
